Swiss American Football’s Mens’ Tackle National Team program is in a state of transition. After many years of faithful service, our incumbent Head Coach has announced his resignation. Subsequently, we are looking for a new and motivated person for the position of Head Coach, who wants to drive the project forward independently and contribute to the promotion of our sport.

You…

• are responsible for independently leading the Men’s Tackle National Team in the function of Head Coach
• are responsible for the overall training planning for the Senior Tackle National Team
• you are responsible for player selection and performance
• are the first point of contact for the athletes in all sporting matters
• work closely with the head of competitive sports
• are responsible for the implementation of the requirements of the SAFV and Swiss Olympic

You bring with you…

• Pleasure in dealing with people
• Several years of experience in coaching American Football
• Language skills in German and English are a prerequisite
• French and Italian are an advantage
• Independence in your work – self-starter
• Organizational talent, determination and assertiveness
• IT literacy – for training planning and communication with athletes
• Confidence and balanced approach to challenges
• Flexibility and resilience

We offer…

• Near total independence to deploy your sports vision for the team
• Support with travel organization, camp logistics and other operational topics from the office of the association and the team manager
• Familiarization with your tasks and onboarding in cooperation with the current Head Coach and the Head of Performance Sports
