The national team program of the SAFV is in transition. The SAFV is looking for a motivated person who wants to promote our great sport and further develop the national team program in Swiss American Football.

Headcoach U19 National Team

You…

• have several years of experience in coaching young people
• have a coaching education
• are willing to use the training possibilities of the SAFV (e.g. J+S courses)
• are responsible for the independent management of the U19 national team in the function of the headcoach
• are responsible for the whole training planning of the U19 national team
• are responsible for the squad selection
• help to expand the coaching staff
• are the first point of contact for the athletes in all sporting matters
• work closely with the Head of Competitive Sports
• are responsible for the implementation of the SAFV and Swiss Olympic guidelines

Your qualities…

• pleasure in dealing with people
• several years of experience in coaching youth football
• independent way of working
• organizational talent, determination and assertiveness
• PC knowledge
• self-confident and balanced appearance
• flexibility and ability to work under pressure
